Job Description
Liaison for corporate sponsorship recipients managing all details from initial communication on approval and denials to event execution in order to meet client needs |
Supporting the intake process and monitor sponsorship inboxes |
Take ownership of filing system through meticulous organization practices for efficient and accessible storage of relevant event documents |
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage complete sponsorship database of all community events and their deliverables. |
Craft and facilitate all communications, including PR statements, social media copy, and strategic messaging for advertising collateral. |
Assist Manager and Director in the backend accounting of paying sponsorships, compiling tax documentation |
Work in conjunction with Creative Design and Communications teams to produce digital and print advertisements |
