We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HCM Implementation Consultant to lead the conversion of from Paylocity HR to Success Factors Employee Central (SF EC). This role requires leadership qualities, consulting expertise, and a proven track record in managing multiple conversions into SF EC from various HR systems. The successful candidate will work independently, collaborating closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless transition while providing strategic recommendations to optimize the conversion process.
Duration: 6 months part-time (50% FTE), with potential extension

What YOU will do:
The HCM Implementation Consultant will lead the conversion of Paylocity HR to Success Factors Employee Central (SF EC).
- Lead the conversion process of LeeBoy from Paylocity HR to SF EC, freeing up the existing team to focus on Performance and Goals, Recruitment 2.0/3.0, Benefitfocus, Break/Fix, etc.
- Quickly understand the technical and functional configuration of the current SF EC design and processes.
- Write functional specifications for SF EC and/or interfaces, and facilitate the design of interfaces between SF EC and other systems.
- Possess knowledge of payroll, tax, OFCCP compliance, reporting, and security in HR systems.
- Facilitate process mapping of LeeBoy, documenting and understanding their existing Paylocity configuration.
- Make recommendations on data conversion, archiving, and data migration strategies.
- Develop a detailed workplan with dates and tasks and manage to that workplan effectively.
- Utilize strong facilitation skills to coordinate between HR and IT resources.
- Communicate conversion plans and recommendations effectively to senior leaders using PowerPoint presentations.
- Travel to the Charlotte area as needed (estimated 5-6 times). Charlotte residence is optimal, with bonus points for living in a Hub city (Atlanta, Dallas, etc.).
- Be available to work Eastern time hours on a regular basis.
What YOU need:
- Previous experience as an independent consultant with a consulting background in one of the big 3 consulting firms.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in leading multiple conversions into SF EC from different HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, tax, compliance, reporting, and security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and facilitating process mapping sessions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel and work remotely, with availability during Eastern time hours.
