What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy Of Director of Human Resources position at ST FRANCIS HEALTHCARE SYS HI?
Under the direction of the Vice President – Human Resources, manages the administration of the compensation, benefits, records administration, EEO/AA compliance reporting, Joint Commission/HR Policy/Compliance, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Training, Union Relations/Contracts, and various HR inputting and reporting programs of the Healthcare System. Manages the planning, development, implementation, and communication for assigned programs/functions. Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned areas of responsibility and staff. Recommends to management appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with System and program goals and all regulatory requirements. Ensures programs are competitive and cost effective for employees by keeping up with internal and external information and analysis.
