Team Lead to provide strong leadership to technical team, fostering a collaborative work environment and provides system administration support of Box enterprise site, conduct day to day application administration, content management and user support.
Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills, career development, and overall performance.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provides system administration support of Virginia State Agency Box enterprise site, conduct day to day application administration, content management support and user support
- Upkeep and Maintenance of the Virginia State Agency Box Enterprise ID
- Coordinates with Virginia State Agency Customers and Box on testing and deploying new Box Releases.
- Administer support of users and groups including add or remove users, manage their settings, and convert unmanaged users to managed users.
- Create groups and manage membership.
- Adding users, building groups, customizing security settings per requests.
- Provide regular insights to customers on Box platform usage analytics
- Manage enterprise platform sandboxes. Provide, and remove access to sandbox for users and departments.
- Manage user accounts in Box and generate report(s) to identify license consumption by each agency/user group.
- Troubleshooting problems with Box software, and communicating findings, investigative research, and resolution
- Supplier will accept and resolve problems, requests and changes through the VITA Customer Care Center and the incident management system.
- Manage enterprise settings for global security, encryption, device trust, content sharing and notifications.
Support document collaboration including:
- Support users in file management and content search
- Download site wide documents and folders for compliance reasons
- Search for files and folders across your organization
- Move files between folders due to organization change
- Permanently delete files and folders based on authorization
- Should be able to work from office for at least 3 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour
