Come grow with us! St. John's Episcopal Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst I provides high level support to the VP, Directors, and Practice Managers to assist in achieving financial and operational goals of the organization. Assist in overseeing EMR systems for the Practice management, physician clinic or other healthcare operations, maintaining system security and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Train all physicians, residents, clinical and non-clinical staff on EMR and Hospital billing registration system
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues as they arise for physicians and staff
- Address help desk tickets
- Complete access request forms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent required
- Experience in EMR systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at various stages of development
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong training skill set
- Experience with Google, Sheet, slides, & Docs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
