Responsibilities :
- Case packing with precision and efficiency
- Operating bottle rinsers and corking machines
- Assisting with setup and cleanup of bottling line equipment
- Packaging a diverse range of juices and wines
- Upholding rigorous QA / QC standards
- Learning, performing, and maintaining bottling line equipment
- Fostering a safe and supportive work environment
- Adhering to sanitation protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of production activities
- Supporting grape processing during harvest season
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in physically demanding tasks
- Strong team player with a commitment to hard work
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts during grape harvest
- Presentable demeanor and customer-friendly attitude for tour groups
- Eagerness to excel and a passion for continuous learning
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with Food Safety Fundamentals
