2025 Summer Internship
The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of administrative duties related to Community Relations through our Summer Internship Program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support for day-to-day Community Relation functions
- Tracking of memorabilia
- Support for in-season Community Relations outreach activities
- Maintenance of Community Relations inventory databases
- Tracking of donation requests
- General administrative duties such as response letters, scheduling, and outreach event support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Professional demeanor and positive outlook
- General understanding of the community make up of the St. Louis region
- Understands the importance of a professional response to all donor inquiries and requests and confidentiality
- The successful candidate has an interest in non-profit/charity-related organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, general writing, and verbal communication skills are required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Solid customer service skills
- Desire to learn and grow professionally in the sports industry
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be enrolled in an accredited institution and have an academic status of junior, senior or graduate level
- Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred
