Overview
St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian, ID is seeking a Housekeper 3 to join our Environmental Services team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Individual incumbents may be responsible for a general overview or may specialize in one or more of the functional areas of Environmental Services/Laundry listed below:
Environmental Services:• Performs various cleaning and maintenance duties that are in accordance with established policies and procedures.• Responsible for bed management.
Responsibilities
- Provides functional and technical direction to other staff members.
- EVS/Laundry Services liaison and/or support to other departments.
- May act as back-up to one or more processes outside of areas of expertise.
- Handles difficult questions, issues, and problems requiring independent judgment.
- Assists management with enforcing proper procedures and policies.
- Serves as a trainer, lead or subject matter expert. May assume responsibility during management absence.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: None
- Experience: 1 year relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license if required to drive.
