WORK SHIFT

Summary of the Job:  Primary focus will be to implement, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all networked hardware, software, and associated operating systems including image archive and disaster recovery.  Will apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve and prevent issues in order to maximize the benefit of IS systems investments.  This position will interact with users, vendors, and others to ensure that systems are functional and meet the needs of all parties involved.  Position will help design, develop, document, test, and/or modify computer systems or programs based on user needs, system design specifications, and/or machine operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of system analyst and/or technical role supporting desktop and/or application server infrastructure. Technical certifications – highly desirable: Cisco, Microsoft, advanced training in network and security standards, equipment, and protocols.

Physical Demands:

Must possess good physical health.  Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.  Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.
