What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor position at ST. VINCENT\?
The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Director/Manager in the day-to-day supervisory and administrative management of the residential program as well as providing a variety of case management and housing related services to clients to facilitate their adjustment to and integration into the community. He/she is responsible for completing tasks including but not limited to: supervising case management staff to ensure compliance with charting/documentation, preparing monthly statistical reports (e.g. food stamps, food expense, and petty cash), handling client benefits and following up with SSI, Food Stamps, Public Assistance, etc. Program Supervisor is also responsible for conducting/reviewing fire drills, ensuring compliance with safety checklists, as well as ensuring that a clean, safe environment is maintained for all residents. Program Supervisor must monitor and ensure medication compliance, attends and actively participates in monthly and annual trainings/in-services both on and off-sites, and overall represents the department and hospital in a professional manner.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in mental health and/or residential setting required.
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.

Education Requirements: Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
