Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Field Service Representative for an onsite position in Hanover, MD The Deputy Fielding Director works directly with the Fielding Director to direct and manage Field Service Representative (FSR) Teams, Training cadre, and Testing teams for a deployed Enterprise operational platform. Coordinate FSRs efforts to provide on-site technical support and training for deployed tools and systems to enable successful Operations. The position requires constant interaction with userbase and Operational leadership informing operational decisions and ensuring strategic placement of tools in future operations. The position will be responsible to facilitate user feedback on tools and systems to influence future development and enhancements to existing systems. Lead training team cadre, provide priority guidance and ensure that training materials and training events meet both sponsor and industry standards. The Deputy Fielding Director will be operating as part of a team or as an individual. For system deployments and team coordination, travel to different locations, may be required. In addition to regular local-travel trips to Herndon, VA to support the overall program. General Responsibilities: Manage and direct Field Service Reps to provide tool/systems operational and technical support Track and coordinate system releases across multiple platform instances Interact with mid- and senior-level User Representatives to ensure operational success Develop processes and procedures to support Field Service Reps activities Coordinate for User support to enable Field Service Reps Mentor and develop a strong Field Service Reps Team Review and Approve Training materials for multiple system components Guiding and enabling Training cadre to develop, maintain, and deliver system training Work closely with testing team to ensure full system functionality Facilitating cross-site efforts among different teams In coordination with Fielding Director, working closely with sponsor team to ensure programmatic goals are met Mandatory Skill requirements: Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experience Strong understanding of CNO concepts and procedures Excellent communicator Experienced in resource management and team building Basic understanding Information Technology terminology and protocols Current TS/SCI clearance required Other Skills Preferred: Experience supporting military personnel DoD 8570 IAT Level II Compliant Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating environments Solid understanding of Layer2/3 networking concepts Experience with Scaled Agile development process and related tools Counter-Intelligence Polygraph For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
