ManTech is currently recruiting a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join the team and foster long term success within the group. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works closely with Proposal/Business Development teams on various opportunities.
· Strong proposal experience with the ability to review/understand/flowdown prime requirements to subcontractors during the solicitation phase.
· Ability to write/understand subcontractor RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s derived from ManTech policies and prime requirements.
· Drafts teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements as required.
· Works hand in hand with Program Teams, Accounting, Project Controls, and Contracts to ensure program requirements are met in a timely manner and provide advance notice when schedules change.
· Develop close working relationships with all members of the company to include internal/external clients and subcontractors.
· Develops, issues, and coordinates subcontractor solicitations and subsequent quotations/proposals in support of company proposal efforts.
· Perform daily Subcontracting duties with minimal oversight.
· Train/mentor Jr. level staff on various subcontracting opportunities and subcontracts management. Provides periodic training to Subcontracts Department colleagues, including the development of focused “brown bag” training presentations.
· Prepares and administers various types of subcontracts, task orders, and modifications to include but not limited to; CPFF, CP, FFP, LH, T&M, IDIQ.
· The ability to conduct negotiations of terms and conditions, perform market analyses, price analyses, cost analyses, drafting of subcontracts and other subcontract-related documents.
· Responsible for monitoring subcontractor performance, including management of deliverables and payment of invoices.
· Monitors subcontract performance for conformance to requirements to protect the interest of the company.
· Keeps fully informed on all subcontracts standards, plans, and policies.
· Ensures that subcontracts are in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and Government regulations.
· Prepares and disseminates information to appropriate employees regarding subcontract status, compliance, modifications, deviations, negotiations, and termination.
· Develop/maintain status trackers with various subcontracting information and present to internal clients as required.
· Experience in Department of Defense (DOD) subcontracting, to include but not limited to applicable; FAR, DFAR’s, Government Property, FFATA, CAS, GSA Schedules, Public Laws, and writing Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 10 to 20 years of relevant experience.
Clearance requirements: None, but able to obtain a DoD clearance.

Experience working under a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)-approved purchasing system.
