Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is seeking a Software Engineer III to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA. Position Overview: Experience in a software development management role, specifically in Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) and JBUS. Software design and engineering experience specializing in M&S and C4I integration applications such as JBUS (DoD experience preferred). Experience in software development using C/C , and Java. Knowledge of systems design/development lifecycle (SDLC), software systems theory and engineering principles, network/systems design and implementation, virtualization and cloud technologies. CMMI, ISO 9000, and AgileTek. Experience Level/Education/Clearance Requirements: Should have twelve (12) years' experience with a Master’s degree, fifteen (15) years' experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or seventeen (17) years' experience with an Associate’s degree in a supervisory or management position. This experience should show demonstrated leadership responsibility in development or maintenance of software and/or information networks. Possess relevant software/systems engineering experience. Should show increasing responsibility in development or maintenance of software and/or information networks. Shall meet requirements with current baseline and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications as needed for Windows, Linux, and Security . Shall possess the necessary training, qualifications, and experience for the IAT-III level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
