Summary: To support the service department by scheduling appointments and quality customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries, and facsimile requests.
- Scheduling appointments including installation (5 business days), pick up (5 business days), and service calls (24 hours).
- Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by reviewing documentation for completion, errors, and signatures.
- Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
- Understand and support policies/processes by calling customers to review services done in-home / building.
- Works with the service manager to schedule technicians.
- Review all documentation in the database and client folder for accuracy during installation, service, and pick-up.
- Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints, and related documentation.
- Assists and processes medical reports and service orders and processes medical reports and service orders.
- Ability to assign equipment to contracts and print service work for technicians.
- Ability to have a basic understanding of equipment and troubleshooting.
- Correct and complete data entry by recording conversations with staff and clients in the database.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior sales and customer service experience is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
The Service Scheduler will spend time sitting, standing, and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. The Service Scheduler will also have to do some lifting of supplies, and materials from time to time. Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
