Stable Solar is focused on providing a full range of services and products for home solar owners across the U.S. We are seeking people with solar experience who want make solar their career, care deeply about helping homeowners transition to renewables, and are excited about visiting customer sites and providing the industry’s highest level of customer service. We are growing our team in Texas and are looking for one licensed electrician and several others with solar experience to help us expand. Part time work initially, willing to schedule around your other work while you grow with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and product installations at sites across Texas, primarily around Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin
  • Work independently in the field and at your home office while coordinating closely with customer service team
  • Ability to diagnose a full range of residential solar service issues
  • Provide outstanding customer experience, including the ability to share full range of service offerings to residential solar owners
  • Ability to travel in home service territory using own vehicle or in company owned vehicle
  • Opportunity to travel to other service territories

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years in residential solar installation or service with a working knowledge of all major residential solar and energy storage products
  • Must be comfortable interacting in a professional manner with a wide range of home solar customers
  • Must be highly organized and punctual
  • Must be able to work remotely with both remote apps and laptop software
  • Must have at least three years driving experience with a good driving record

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
