Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a LPN- Long Term Care to work at a facility in Bottineau , ND. These are registry positions with our company.
Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm
Rate: $36.00 - $37.44/hr.
Description: Must live 80 miles away in order to qualify for highest rate. Position is a 13-week contract 36hrs week guaranteed. Must have an active state LPN license and an active CPR / BLS card under the American Heart Association
Job Summary
This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to
location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice. Updates care plan as
needed.
Basic Responsibilities
This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her
position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.

Qualifications
Education Experience
Licensure Certification: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure for state of practice is required. BLS
Skills/Abilities: Basic ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities;
knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all
medications administered.
Knowledge
Physical/Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
will operate/activate/use/prepare/inspect/place/detect/position objects, tools, or controls. The employee will

training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; fostering an environment for employee
engagement.
