Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and development.

- HR Operations: Oversee payroll, PTO management, and other HR tasks using ADP, while leading both corporate and plant HR teams.

- Skills: Proficient with ADP systems, strong understanding of HR processes, and a track record of leading successful HR initiatives.
