Senior Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our VIP Casino CRM product. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, from budget creation and maintenance to reporting progress to executive leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for VP-level executives, while providing high-level updates to the C-suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the VIP Casino Salesforce CRM product, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.
- Budget Management:
- Create, manage, and track the program’s budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and spending efficiency.
- Ensure budget alignment with project milestones and strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary interface with VP-level executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding program objectives, milestones, and roadblocks.
- Provide regular status updates to C-suite executives, delivering detailed reports on project performance, risk mitigation, and strategic recommendations.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to program success, ensuring that any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
- Proactively manage dependencies and communicate potential challenges before they become critical.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for senior leadership, highlighting key insights, progress, and areas needing executive input.
- Ensure transparency and visibility into program health through regular communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology.
- PMP Certification

- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of program or project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a CRM-focused role.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, especially at the VP and C-suite level.
- Demonstrated success in managing and implementing CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong budget management, financial acumen, and resource planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when interfacing with senior executives.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and CRM platforms Salesforce.
