What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Software Analyst position at StaffChase?
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Software model creation / updates (normalization, cost, publisher, version, edition)
- Software Entitlement Create/Update (missing entries, License type, Metric Group, Allocations)
- Discovery Model Mapping (normalization to help linkage to specific SW model)
- Part number updates (to support the ServiceNow Software content library
- Stale Hardware CI’s showing overstated Install model counts. (this may be resolved with the CDMB project).
What will this person be working on:
They will be working in client's Production ServiceNow instance focusing on analyzing our current SAM module data and correcting it so our publishers report compliantly.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Full-time
Salary: Up to $40.00 per hour
Experience:
- Navigating ServiceNow Platform: 1 year (Preferred)
- Software Asset Management: 3 years (Preferred)
