StaffEx is hiring a Meeting Supplies Administrator for a Medical Equipment Supplier near the St. John's Town Center area of Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position. This company offers excellent benefits after probationary period is completed. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM with an hourly pay of $15. This position is NOT remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the Meetings Team is on schedule to the most current, published Meeting Calendar
- Communicates with the sales force regarding Meeting RGA’s and product information
- Is responsible to provide reliable product information
- Coordinates, gathers product and creates shipping tickets for outgoing meetings & booths
- Coordinates the return of meeting supplies and RGA’s
- Reviews returned meeting products
- Contacts sales representatives regarding missing items returned from a meeting
- Orders product for meetings
- May represent the Meetings Department in Cross-Departmental/Team Lead meetings
- Use of SAP
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Use of SAP is preferred but not required
- Experience in the organization of meeting required
- Must pass drug and background screen
