HUB STAFFING SPECIALIST (REMOTE)- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
HUB Staffing Specialists drive recruiting efforts for multiple clients in an expansive territory. They build rapport with candidates by engaging with them through the interview process to identify the best opportunities with our clients for their experience and skill set. HUB Staffing Specialists also build a strong network in the community through participating in job fairs, community events, and referrals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful HUB Staffing Specialist works to source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard select qualified candidates to work for Commercial Staffing clients. They will also communicate all necessary employment information to candidates, including benefits, compensation, and safety information. They are also the main point of contact for our clients as they reach out to Staffing 360 Solutions with their staffing needs.
Essential Functions for the HUB Staffing Specialist include:
· Working with their direct manager as an end-to-end resource on assigned client relationships to identify strategic, and transactional staffing needs.
· Build a candidate pool and manage activity in the Applicant Tracking System (Avionte)
· Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify quality candidates such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media platforms, etc.
· Ensure recruitment process metrics, and compliance are achieved to our clients’ set standards
· Ability to recruit and manage client’s relationship in various geographic areas
· Process contractor timecards in a timely manner and support the Worker’s Compensation team through the investigation process
· Strengthen our employer brand by providing an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience
· Contribute to the overall success of the HUB launch team
· Work independently as well as be an active and supportive team member to the overall recruitment initiatives
Qualifications
· Highschool Diploma or GED required
· Bilingual English/Spanish
· 3 years of full cycle & high-volume recruiting
· Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Well-organized and are passionate about a quality candidate experience
· Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a face-paced environment
· Ability to work on multiple projects while balancing efficiency with quality
· Have calendar and time management skills- you enjoy being organized
· Previous experience working remotely
· Ability to travel as needed (with or without advanced notice)
