Schedule
- Thursday - Saturday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM
Pay Rate
- $16.50 / hour
Summary
Blenders are responsible for operating blending tanks that grind and mix materials using pumps, filters, and scales.
Job Description
- Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
- Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Operate or tend machines to mix or blend a wide variety of materials.
- Stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained.
- Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools.
Job Requirements
- Production experience a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
