Pro Staff has formed a collaboration with a circuit board manufacturing company that is actively seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic and motivated team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include the assembly of wire harnesses, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $19.00/hr
This role requires a high degree of flexibility to perform different tasks depending upon workload demands and to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork throughout the organization. Quality and workmanship standards must exceed the organization's and customer's expectations. This is an entry-level position with lifting requirements up to 20 pounds. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operate automated and semi-automated machines.
- Use and identify the proper hand tools for work performed.
- Perform hand soldering and rework of wire components.
- Identify and communicate part shortages and requirements.
- Assist in other areas as required to meet customer requirements and company goals
