Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures for assigned employees, covering areas such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams and business units to fulfill staffing needs for hourly and lower-level exempt positions.
- Ensure utilization of the company's reward and recognition programs.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires within the business unit.
- Assist in employee counseling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of business units, their operations, and key metrics through regular visits to plants.
- Contribute to special projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year in interviewing, recruiting, performance management, HRIS, HR generalist duties, and ADP Workforce Now.
