We're not just looking for a Recruiter; we're seeking a recruitment trailblazer who will be responsible for filling a diverse range of roles including administrative, customer service, service, and distribution positions. With the potential of handling upwards of 60 requirements simultaneously, your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce.

As our Full Life-Cycle Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job posts to assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit. Your knack for identifying top talent and your excellent communication skills will be your secret weapons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and update captivating job posts and job specifications to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications to identify the best fit for our company's needs.
  • Employ various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to conduct daily interviews and filter candidates within tight schedules.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to ensure a seamless fit with our company culture.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and process new employee paperwork in adherence to company protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR recruiting best practices and apply them to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Champion our company's reputation as the "best place to work," reinforcing our commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting processes, coupled with comprehensive ATS and systems knowledge.
  • Demonstrated exceptional judgment to effectively prioritize work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet objectives and deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to leverage industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software to streamline communication and reporting.
