In this position you can build positive customer experiences every day! During a typical shift you will mainly focus on collections, soft collections, and receive inbound emails and calls from customers and reply to inquiries as needed. You will submit and reconcile vendor rebates, bank reconciliations, and do special accounting projects as needed.
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other pertinent software
- Strong Knowledge of accounting terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Length of assignment is 3-6 months Hours are M-F, 8:30am to 5pm. Potential to be hired permanently for candidates that are performing well!
