Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

As the Senior Budget Accountant, you'll take the lead in critical period-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing P&L variances, budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major period-end closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Analyze P&L variances against forecast and plan, providing explanations as needed.
- Conduct complex financial analyses, reconciliations, and related reviews.
- Perform data synthesis, and root-cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
- Manage cost sheets and specification sheets for budget forecasts.
- Prepare precise and timely monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts to uphold compliance with policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
- 4 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience in financial closing, reporting, and analysis.
- Budgeting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis, ad hoc reporting, and pricing analysis abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
