What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stacker position at Staffmark Group?
Advantage Resourcing is looking for Stackers for a local Manufacturing plant in Monroe, LA!
As a Stacker you will be checking for quality defects in products as well as wrapping and prepping the line for Quality Inspectors. This position will require you to have great attention to detail, and be able to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a reliable and stable job history and have a proven track record of being reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Hand Stacking boxed product
- Pallet stacking
- Wrapping the completed pallets with a stretch wrap machine
- lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proven efficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced enviroment
This position will require you to stand for eight hours or more depending on Production. The tenative schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm (occasional weekend, depending on the production needs). This is a long term temporary position. There is a chance to go directly to the customer's payroll if you have an OUTSTANDING performance while on assignment with them.
