You'll provide counseling on attendance and productivity, maintain compliance with company operations, evaluate temporary staff performance, support safety programs, attend customer meetings, engage in off-site recruiting, and handle other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field OR at least 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Flexible availability.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
