Job requires reading, writing and math. Some computer knowledge useful.
Training and Experience: Ability to understand written and oral instructions. Good communication and telephone skills essential. Manual dexterity and motion coordination helpful. Requires on-the-job training. Pleasant disposition needed due to extensive patient contact. Job Knowledge: Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines established. Must practice basic skills in sanitation and safety. Ability to locate and use resource materials in diet manuals as necessary. Maintain accurate cash flow and processes daily reports, following established procedures. Process customers of all ages quickly and accurately with correct prices and change. Maintains work area according to departmental policies as needed to meet customers of all ages needs. Runs and monitors appropriate programs on computer as assigned.
