Responsibilities of the HR Assistant position include:
- Assist with recruiting, job offers, and screening candidates
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Make employee schedules
- Assist employees with benefits and company policies
- Coordinate and communicate with temporary agencies regarding staffing needs and employees’ schedules
- Assist with duties delegated and assigned by the HR Generalist.
Qualifications for the HR Assistant position:
- Preferred but not required bilingual
- Previous HR and/or recruiting experience
Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00PM
Monday - Friday
