Job responsibilities include managing workflow by assigning a task to other administrative employees daily while ensuring deadlines are completed correctly. This role requires some HR experience as you will be reporting to the HR Manager. Talent will implement and monitor programs as directed while generating memos, emails, and reports. As a Medical Receptionist, you will respond to questions and requests, maintain office supplies by checking inventory, assuring all maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines are performed while answering incoming calls and assuming other receptionist duties.
