Responsibilities of the production supervisor position include:
- Ability to supervise up to 15-20 direct reports in a manufacturing environment
- Scheduling and overseeing daily production goals, quality, reporting and safety
- Implement improvements in production, equipment, and operating procedures
- Handling employee training, morale, and productivity
- Maintain work area and drive 5S activity
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or other related fields
