What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Staffmark?
Staffmark is seeking a part-time Onsite Recruiter, roughly (25) hours per week to work primarily at our customer's facility in Deerfield, MA. The purpose of this position is to provide human resources services to our customer, including but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring and placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees.
Responsibilities Will Consist Of:
- Interacts with the customer to evaluate and assess the customers' staffing needs.
- Evaluates and interviews applicants.
- Analyzes all pertinent information to evaluate and decide which applicants should be extended a Conditional Job Offer.
- Extends Conditional Job Offer to qualified applicants.
- Serves as intermediary between employees and customer.
- Evaluates attendance and performance of temporary employees.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Three years of customer service and human resource experience (Recruiting and hiring of applicants)
- HRIS or Erecruit experience
Hours: Roughly (25) per week. Can be flexible with start time.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
