Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Storeroom Attendant to join our team in Waller, TX. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where your efforts make a difference.
Shift : 3rd Shift - 7 PM to 7 AM
Pay : $18 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Unload, receive, and store products, goods, tools, and equipment; check for damage and discrepancies.
- Sort, label, and organize items on racks or shelves; optimize storage space.
- Issue and document products, tools, and equipment; maintain accurate records.
- Enter and update stock records in databases; handle discrepancies and inventory inquiries.
- Request and manage inventory replenishments; perform cycle counts and prepare reports.
- Inspect tools and equipment for defects; report damage and maintain inventory.
- Deliver tools, investigate lost items, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 months of relevant experience; high school diploma preferred but not required.
- Experience in warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, and packing.
- Ability to read safety rules, work orders, and instructions.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Office and systems like Vista or Prophet 21 is a plus.
- Strong math skills for calculations and measurements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Focus on safety.
