Use your customer service skills to support both internal staff and external customers with product specifications and questions. You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide assistance regarding product information, order status, and account information.
- Entry of orders, returns, product research and email response .
- Communicating with both internal and external customers verbally and written .
- Work with customers directly to resolve any technical issues.
- Liaison between customer and engineering staff.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent computer skills to facilitate processes and reporting using Microsoft Office products
- HS diploma or GED
