Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for a Composite/Fiberglass Technician in multiple locations throughout Rhode Island.
This is full time permanent position that pays $22-$27/hr or more depending on experience.
Ideal candidate will acquire at least 2-years’ experience in the fiberglass and two-part resins.
Responsibilities:
- Construction techniques like wet layup, pre-preg and infusion
- Knowledge of all phases of fiberglass and gel coat repairs.
- Repair and fabricate composite parts
- Operate equipment to spray gel coat
- Waxing molds and parts
- Using hand tools to roll fiberglass
- Using power tools to trim and cut fiberglass
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
