What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Picker position at Staffworks?
Primarily responsible for picking merchandise located in all zones of the warehouse and labeling merchandise.
Specific duties:
Pick and label merchandise
Prepare orders for transport to customers
Requirements:
High school diploma preferred
Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to walk, and stand for duration of shift (walk up to 8 miles per day)
Must be able to accurately identify units of measure
Ability to identify correct merchandise and account for damage
Excellent attendance record
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to interact effectively with others
Must be a team player
Power certification a plus
Schedule: 5am start time and will work until finsihed
Pay rate: $19.00/hr
