The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of temporary staging and structure projects, while utilizing their CAD expertise to design and optimize layouts.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Coordinate and supervise all phases of the project, ensuring adherence to specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and provide guidance to the project team.
CAD Design and Optimization:Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed designs for temporary staging and structure layouts.
Incorporate client requirements, site measurements, and engineering specifications into CAD designs.
Optimize designs for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while maximizing space utilization.
Generate comprehensive technical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation for implementation.
Team Management and Collaboration:
Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure the team adheres to project schedules and quality standards.
Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews to monitor project status, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
Budgeting and Cost Control:

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or safety.
Prepare and submit timely project reports, including cost breakdowns, to management and clients.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on construction sites.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training sessions, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in temporary staging and structure projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Revit, or similar) with a demonstrated ability to create accurate and detailed designs.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
