Stage Marketing is looking for an experienced, hard-working digital marketing project manager to help supervise and manage client projects. We are looking for someone with good leadership and writing skills who can help delegate and plan according to the needs of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy using all necessary tools (e.g., website, emails, social media, and blogs)
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Build strong client relationships
- Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Prepare weekly reports for clients
- Manage all digital marketing channels
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Liaise with marketing, sales, design, and content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
- Identify advertising needs
- Establish best practices in digital marketing
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with InDesign and WordPress
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Compensation commensurate with experience.
