Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds : 7
- Patient Ratios : 1:1
- Unit staffing description- 1 RN, 2 CSTs and 1 FA per room
- Type of equipment : Steris Monitoring system; EVH with hemo pro 2, medistem, and atricure maze system
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling requirements: Monday-Friday 0630-1500 1 Dedicated call coverage/week, 2 late stays/week, rotating weekend call
- Floating policy: During times of low volume
- Patient Experience requirements: Cardiovascular/EVH
Hospital Specifics-
- Certifications: STFA or RNFA, CPR
- RN’s have to be registered nurses in TN or compact state.
- Certifications: CST

Requested Skill Set: Assisting at the chest and Endoscopic vein harvest on adult cardiac procedures
Must have: CVOR endoscopic vein harvesting experience
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: CABG, AVR, MVR, TVR, AAA, minimally invasive valve repair, Thoracotomy, Pericardial Window, Trach
Certifications Required: STFA or RNFA, CPR
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
- Red, White, Royal Blue Scrubs
