  • A wicked-awesome benefits package (go ahead and compare)
  • A Friday dress code every day of the week (dust off those jeans)
  • Extreme crafting experiences (totally optional, but give it a try)
  • Paid personal time off...like, a lot of it (see "work/life balance" above)
  • Tuition assistance and 401(k) programs (company match, baby!)

  4. Participate in idea generation for catalog planning by brainstorming multiple suite/bundle ideas throughout the trend process.
  5. Actively participate in all review meetings by presenting assignment progress and collaborating with other team members and departments throughout the design process.
  6. Ensure artwork is complete and accurate when output is placed on server in appropriate places, and routed to Research & Development Specialists by specified deadlines.

  2. 1-2 years professional experience in an illustrative-heavy role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other illustration programs.
