Role Overview
As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing 1-3 components as a POC/Start to revitalize the PSR application on a Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce and your hands-on experience in custom development will enable you to build robust applications that cater to our unique business requirements. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions on Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other custom development technologies to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Perform data migration, data transformation, and data integration tasks between Salesforce and other systems using various integration methods.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, validation rules, and process automation to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and optimize platform performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Participate in various phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications, user guides, and system diagrams for reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years working on Apex development and custom solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and data management.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL with a focus on writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Aura Components is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration tools (REST, SOAP, ETL) for seamless data exchange with external systems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

The US base range for this contract position is $75-85/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
