As an NDT Inspector, you'll have the responsibility of evaluating materials and assembly parts to ensure they meet quality control standards and are safe to use.
What you'll do:
- Must be able to obtain NAS410 certification within 3 Months of start.
- Familiarity with Nidal Etch a Plus.
- Set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejections, and document results.
- Conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable work instructions and procedures.
- Provide necessary guidance/supervision and training to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
- Assist in inspection process development.
- Be responsible for the equipment condition and maintenance.
Position Requirements:
- Currently be a certified Level 2 NDT
- Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the methods used.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method.
- Have a basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized area.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
