Job Description
To define and lead an allocated client journey as informed by client demand, commerciality, and business priorities in alignment with Digital Transformation.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- First Degree Business Commerce
Experience
- 8 - 10 years Experience in implementing customer centric change programmes. Experience with Customer Experience design methodologies.
- Experience in Fiduciary advantageous
