Our Duluth, GA team is seeking a Supplies Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment in our Network Operations Center. You will handle incoming toner alerts from our FM Audit software in the field and perform checks and balances on each order before dispatching the toner. You will also take care of incoming orders for paper.
Job Overview:
Review orders, input them into our shipment system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time.
Collaborate with customers to coordinate pick-up and delivery.
Monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and request to order more supplies when necessary.
Help deliver a consistently high level of customer service and assist the NOC team with any supplies related questions they may have or provide any information as needed.
Essential Activities and Job Duties:
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Communicate with couriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery
- Keep track of customer information, order details and other important information
- Be able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the order-taking process
- Find solutions to problems such as tracking down a customer’s order, finding a product that’s out of stock or resolving a customer’s complaint.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies

- Must be well organized and complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Strong internal strength and focus to overcome problems
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet goals
- Possess a level of self-confidence yet know when to seek advice from teammates or vendor partners.
- Attention to detail in both challenging and mundane matters
