Digital eCommerce Program Manager

Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of eCommerce, the Digital eCommerce Program Manager will be responsible for the success of the Standard Process inSITE eCommerce program which provides health care providers functionality to sell Standard Process products online. This program is a key component of the company’s future growth plans. This role will ensure users have an optimal experience and will help healthcare practitioners (HCPs) leverage the inSITE platform to grow their business.
Functions

• Create a clear strategy and roadmap for the inSITE eCommerce platform and define requirements to continually evolve functional aspects of the site.
• Develop and execute tools and resources to help healthcare practitioners drive qualified traffic and profitable sales through their templated websites.
• Build playbooks detailing “how to” best practices as well as tools, reports, and processes needed to manage a successful inSITE eCommerce business.
• Conduct test & learn experiments to help optimize tactics and valid strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Supply, Customer Service, and Sales to optimize the templated retail store experience for patients.
• Partner with key stakeholders on implementing new services and features.
• Utilize relationships within operational departments to expedite and resolve issues efficiently.
• Establish, analyze, and report on campaign and site activities

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Master’s degree in a related field of study preferred

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of direct-to-consumer website standards and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and prioritizing responsibilities.
