What You'll Do
As a Global Distribution Center Controller, you'll be part of our Global Operations Controllership team supporting the Tools & Outdoor business. In this role, you will report to the Global Operations Controller, and you'll get to:
- Oversee seven direct reports who manage 64 distribution centers across the globe that span across internal DC's and those managed by external 3PL's
- Assure effectiveness of control environment for DC activities. Includes compliance with U.S. GAAP,. SOX, and Delegation of Authority requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies (e.g. Financial, Procurement, etc.)
- Partner with Operations Finance, Supply Chain leadership. Work closely with the Inventory Control Manager to monitor the DC's cycle count performance, reducing excess and obsolete inventory and identification of related root causes.
- Support Footprint Optimization Projects, EHS and Quality Initiatives, and internal/external audit teams as needed.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA or MBA a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience within Controllership and/or Operations within manufacturing or distribution
- Demonstrated leadership experience/qualities; must be able to lead, drive and inspire a team to achieve results that exceed expectations
- Knowledge and expertise in U.S. GAAP; strong understanding of internal controls.
- Respect for people and ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
