Position Overview: As an Executive Leadership Coach specializing in VP and C-suite development, you will play a pivotal role in helping senior executives achieve their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. Leveraging a proven and structured coaching approach, you will deliver personalized guidance, valuable feedback, and profound insights. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to senior executives, focusing on issues specific to your niche and related to leadership development, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Develop and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Offer insights and feedback based on your extensive experience to help clients overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address key business and leadership issues.
- Senior coaches manage Coaching, Discussion and Brainstorming Groups.
- Manage a coaching Vertical or support an existing Vertical.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 20 years of highly successful VP, C-suite or Senior Management experience.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in mentoring, negotiating, and fostering collaboration to achieve productive outcomes.
- Strong Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Team Building Experience: Proven experience in team building and leadership development.
- Business Development Skills: Experience in new business development and strategic growth.
