Seeking Lead Carpet Technicians, Air Duct Technicians & In-Home Air Duct Estimators

We are recruiting highly motivated individuals with a passion for life to join our team in New Castle, DE.

Carpet Cleaning Technicians/Air Duct Technicians are responsible for providing unparalleled cleaning services while upholding company policies and exceeding customer expectations. This position is specifically intended as a training position for our new team members.

You will receive all the necessary training/skills for a future Lead Cleaning Technician/Air Duct Technician position with our team. You will be evaluated after 30 days of employment for a Lead Cleaning Technician/Air Duct Technician role. Our Lead Cleaning Technicians can earn an average of $800-$1200 per week once they become eligible for commissions on additional sales/services.

Pay Scale: $17-$22 plus commission

Responsibilities

• Provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers
• An ability to work independently, or in a team setting
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of Stanley Steemer vehicle 
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.

• Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers
• Follow NADCA STANDARDS as taught in Stanley Steemer’s air duct training courses
• Assist in clean-up of work area and account for all tools and equipment
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, and procedures to include, but not limited to, the Employee Handbook, Safety Policy, and Air Duct Cleaning manual

Requirements:  

• In order to drive our company vehicles - Driver's License Required and must be at least 19 years old

**This position requires on the job sales that result in commissions. All commissions are based on a percentage of sales made by the employee on the day of service. Commissions are in addition to hourly base pay**
